The Heart of Change - Vocation in Movement
international Youth Exchange!

Took place from the 25th of November to the 6th of December 2019 in Essertfallon, Jura, Switzerland. The program combined a multi-faceted comprehensive approach to guide participants’ towards a sustainable personal, professional and social life.
Participants will spent time in Nature, developed body awareness with the Yoga program, unveiled their talents and Authentic Vocation and learn technical tools to design Sustainable Action Plans.
Young participants were between 18 and 30 y.o. from Switzerland, Italy, Germany and The Netherlands and provided participants with the needed awareness, competences and sensitivity to address the current environmental and migration crises.
